Will there be any cost to attend?

Attendance is limited to a select group of senior executives. The event is free to attend, however a non-attendance fee will apply if you fail to attend without at least 2-weeks notice prior to the event.

What’s the deadline to register?

To register for our event, please complete the above form no later than Friday 26th September, 2025

What time does the event start and finish?

The day runs from 10:00 - 16:30 with the option to attend a free dinner in the evening. (Further details will be provided upon registration) Please arrive 15 minutes early for security clearance.

Will food and refreshments be provided?

Yes - a premium catered lunch and refreshments will be served during the day. We'll be in touch to arrange dietary requirements.

Will the event be photographed or filmed?

Yes, the event will be professionally captured for marketing purposes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to appear.

Can I transfer my invitation to a colleague?

No - attendance is by invitation only and non-transferable, unless agreed in writing by Novus.

What if I confirm and then cannot attend?

We ask that you provide at least 14 days’ notice if you are unable to attend. Cancellations with less notice, or non-attendance on the day, will incur a fee.
